This paper discusses the dynamic modelling of a solar energy system with vehicle to home (V2H) option for Newfoundland condition. A location was chosen (13 Polina Road) in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada. Using BEopt, Homer and MATLAB software, an optimized designed site satisfy house’s demand. Furthermore, concept V2H is also implemented aid smart current sensors installed house. When power provided by PV panel stored inhouse battery less than load’s demand, Nissan Leaf’s used supply loads operation mode. The operates based on information generated sensors. Detailed presented along simulation results. Eight control modes are proposed simulated.
